A:We can ship the trucks as per the destination shipping lines, choose the fastest and most Economic shipping method to ensure customer received the cargo on time and safely.
3.I want to transport the truck by container, is it ok?
A: Yes, it is ok. but we need to detached the truck and you should assemble in your country., and you can also choose by flatrack contianer or roro or bulk shipping to ensure the trucks complete.
4.Q: How about your product quality?
A: All the trucks are Original, the quality is 100% guaranteed and we have one years warranty for Sinotruk and two years for Shacman.
5.Q: I want to be your agent in my country. is that ok?
A: lt's ok to be agent but need minimum one year order 200 units to be the sole agent, but if not sole agent then 5 units is ok to be normal agent.
6.Q: How about your company's service, especially after-sale service?
A: SINOTRUK/SHACMAN has many after sales service station over the world, we can also provide spare parts from China for you to guarantee the Vehicles works well.

A: TT Payment, Normally its 30% prepaid and 70% balance before delivery
